We had a wonderful stay at Toscana. The friendly staff greeted us and helped with our bags. The restaurant staff was also very kind. They even offered a free taxi back to the pier. The Wi-Fi worked well and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel was beautiful, with a pool that overlooked lush green mountains. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with balconies and the comfiest beds. Despite not renting a motorbike, it was still easy to explore on foot. We definitely recommend Toscana for its excellent service, convenient location near amenities, and easy transportation options.
100% Recommend this hotel.

Very nice and clean rooms. Nice swimming pool and hotel public areas... Free wifi everywhere! (since it wasnt the case in all hotels that i stayed at) Location was ok if you dont mind walking around 15 minutes to get to the town center - pier-beach in which most restaurants and shops are located. Within 5 minutes walk there are a couple of restaurants
During my 4 day stay nobody cleaned my room...

Friendly staff! I suggest trying out Hammock Cafe Plaeyuan, which is just a short walk of 900 feet away – the food there is delicious! 🍽️

Wasn't crazily expensive, they had a generator which was good because the power seemed to go out frequently.
For some reason when the generator was running, the wifi didn't work properly. This was very annoying. Also, it's kind of in the middle of nowhere.

We had a great time at this hotel during our two-day stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and they even brought us umbrellas during the rainfall. The bed was very comfortable, the pool was a great spot to cool off in, and the restaurant attached to the hotel served great food. The hotel's location on the main road made it easy for us to rent a motorbike for only 200 per day from a nearby rental shop to go everywhere on the island. Moreover, the hotel's transportation could easily arrange taxis for us to get into town, to Sairee Beach and by ferry.
Everything is what I need and want.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was exceptional. We couldn't believe the prices for such a great stay. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The staff ensured that all our needs were met, from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. The location of the hotel in a peaceful area, surrounded by green hills, was truly idyllic. It provided a serene and tranquil environment for us to relax and unwind. Lastly, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.

The hotel staff were very kind with me and servicial. I hardly recommend this Hotel if you want to relax. cause any problem you have they will try to help the best way they can and you can just relax and enjoy your holidays.
the only problem I had is that I do not ride a bike. so I was not able to rent one, and going to the center of the island or to other beaches for me was too much money.

Newly built hotel. The rooms are of good standard in all aspects. Location is ok as we knew the location before booking. Good value for money!

Good atmosphere, nice staff, good breakfast. The hotel is still waiting to be finished (the pool), but it is already very nice.
Not about the hotel in particular. It's just that Koh tao is currently experiencing electricity and water shortage, so at some moments it may be frustrating for some people. But, it was funny to chat with the staff at night without lights! And it didn'y lasy long...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very nice with very comfortable beds.
Not very close to the beach. Hotel has now a Swimming pool with a great view of mountains. The small city centre was a 15 minute walk on a dark road without a side walk.

All your basic needs covered with AC, clean rooms, comfortable bed, and so forth. Nothing fancy but good all through. The staff that helped us was super. We took a one day snorkeling tour with them, and they were great fun. It is really good value for your money!
The breakfast won't blow you away, and the hotel restaurant is a bit sub par. You have tons of other restaurants within 2-20 minutes walk though.
